July Update
We, at Mu Du Noodles, have already experienced one month of Sunday Dinners. They have been extremely successful!! We are very thankful to our loyal customers, who have weathered all our fine tunings and adjustments both inside and outside the kitchen. It’s been hard but it’s been very rewarding and fun. And Mu has learned many new things in the process!!!! Not necessarily all having to do with food.
We are presenting Asian Tapas from everywhere, no continents left unexpressed. You must order off of our new menu, no carts or trays for now. This way, customers have an opprtunity to know what they will be getting, a major complaint for those not familiar with the Dim Sum concept.
25% to 33% of our menu changes from week to week
33% to 40% of our menu items are vegetarian
with anywhere from 33% to 60% of the vegetarian items can be made vegan.
We will also be offering some of the tapas on Friday and Saturday nights in our new lounge area. Mu believes that this is the new way to eat in the future. More variety and less of any single item will give your taste buds something to be excited about.
